Bio:  Jason Zirkle has joined The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) as their Training Director.  Prior to this he was an Intelligence Analyst with the Texas Ranger division of the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).  At DPS, he worked alongside Texas Rangers and DPS Special Agents, providing investigative support and financial analysis on major financial crime investigations, including money laundering, fraud, embezzling, public corruption, identity theft, illegal gambling and other white-collar crimes. He also provided financial expertise to non-financial criminal cases, such as murder investigations, narcotics, and human smuggling and trafficking.

Zirkle was the FinCEN Agency Coordinator for the DPS, and conducted training within DPS on FinCEN and financial crime, updated senior DPS personnel on the latest money laundering and illicit finance trends and works directly with multiple federal law enforcement agencies.

Zirkle is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Crime Analyst and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). He received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Texas State University. Prior to DPS, he was an Army intelligence analyst, with combat deployments to Iraq and Kosovo.

Registration fee includes lunch and 1 CPE credit.

Cancellation Policy and No Shows:  If you have registered and/or paid for an event and you need to cancel, you MUST email info@rgvacfe.com no later than noon the prior day of the event to request a refund and/or cancel your registration. The Chapter must confirm event registrations with the venue within 1 days of the event and any changes after this time period can become a financial cost to the Chapter. Cancellations received less than 1 days prior to events will not be refunded except for exigent circumstances.

In the event an attendee does not show up to the event, the registration cost will be forfeited. If payment at the door was the selected method, then the attendee will be billed for the full cost of the event. The Chapter reserves the right to bar for future registration any attendees who routinely register and fail to pay and/or attend the event.
